Manufacturing Machine Operator (Full-Time)

**Flame Bonding or Flame Lamination experience REQUIRED**

BLD Services, LLC, part of Azuria Water Solutions, specializes in sewer rehabilitation and is growing our Manufacturing Team in Nashville/ Madison, TN. We’re looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals who are eager to learn and build a lasting career. If you’re motivated, reliable, and ready to put in the work, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!

Pay Range: $18.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM start, 8 - 12 hour shifts (overtime expected)
Location: Madison, TN

  • Flame Bonding or Flame Lamination experience required
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Ability to handle physically demanding work environments
  • Dependable, punctual, and available to work 40–50 hours per week
