  • This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $46,000 - $57,000 USD, based on experience and skillsets.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in USA on a permanent, unrestricted basis. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including student or temporary work authorization programs.

Your tasks
Hemmersbach is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, working with data centers, servers, and enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location, with a focus on data centers, servers, and enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for data centers, servers, and other peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware, including servers, switches, and storage systems.
  • Participate in project rollouts and deployments, working with data centers and other enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand.
