PROFILE SUMMARY: The ES Territory Executive I - E&P focuses on and supports direct sales and relationship management of both new and existing customers. The position provides oilfield waste services to its customer base and operates three types of waste management and disposal facilities: treatment, recovery and disposal facilities; engineered landfills; and salt water disposal injection wells. The ES Territory Executive I - E&P attends meetings with new and existing customers to introduce and facilitate the delivery of all service offerings, as well as discover and facilitate opportunities to expand service offerings with assigned and target customers,
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and retain existing customers by building and sustaining effective long-term relationships with key decision makers within assigned customers. Seek opportunities with existing customers to expand our current service offerings and achieve maximum customer penetration. Create and communicate customer plans for top customers to include opportunities, risk ratings, and detailed growth and retention plans.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and strategic networking to ensure new customer growth and build a successful sales funnel.
• Understand customer operations and regulatory requirements to design customized environmental solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer goals.
• Builds an understanding of the Company's available services, lines of business and pricing structures; offers additional services to existing and potential clients, including total waste stream management solutions, as appropriate, to grow targeted profitable revenue and contribute to Company goals and objectives.
• Utilize CRM daily, schedule and document all activities, and follow-up on leads, and develop opportunities.
• Develops and maintains an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated markets to anticipate changing customer needs.
• Complete required Environmental Service Agreements, Pricing Proposals, Customer Onboarding Forms, reports, and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical knowledge with an understanding of environmental solutions, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality, error free work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) to manage pipeline and track performance.
• 0 - 2 years of experience within the oilfield waste management, environmental services or drilling fluids industries - preferred

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 0 - 2 years of experience in a sales, account management, or customer facing role.
• Driver's license

Sustainability Innovation
Republic's recent innovations to advance circularity and decarbonization demonstrate our unique ability to leverage sustainability as a platform for growth.
The Republic Services Polymer Center is the nation's first integrated plastics recycling facility. These innovative sites process rigid plastics from our recycling centers, producing recycled materials that promote true bottle-to-bottle circularity. We also formed Blue Polymers, a joint venture with Ravago, to develop facilities that will further process plastic material from our Polymer Centers to help meet the growing demand for sustainable packaging. We are building a network of Polymer Centers and Blue Polymer facilities across North America.
Our customers are increasingly looking for decarbonization solutions, and we are leveraging our network of landfills to meet that need. Republic is committed to harnessing landfill gas, a natural byproduct of decomposing waste, and converting it to energy. Republic has partnered with renewable gas developers to construct Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) plants at our landfills, expanding beyond the 77 projects we currently have to make progress towards our goal to beneficially reuse 50% more biogas by 2030 (2017 baseline year).
