Day Shift: $18/hr

7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Night Shift: $18/hr + $2 night differential

7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Shifts are on a rotating 2-week schedule:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours)

Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours)

This rotation schedule provides:

-Every other weekend off

-14 working days per month

-Guaranteed overtime every other week


The Robotic Assembly Operator plays a pivotal role in the production team, specializing in both manual and robotic assembly processes for the creation of high-quality, sustainable outdoor furniture components. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, advanced technical skills, and a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.

Role and Responsibilities / Essential Functions

· Robotic Assembly: Operate robotic assembly systems to construct components with optimal efficiency and accuracy.

· Manual Assembly: Use handheld power tools to assemble components where robotic assembly is not applicable.

· Packaging: Safely and effectively package assembled parts for shipping or next steps in the production cycle.

· Area Management: Be responsible for all activities and output in your assigned area, in alignment with the company's quality and production goals.

· Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety protocols, especially when operating robotic machinery and other high-risk equipment.

· Quality Assurance: Consistently adhere to internal and industry-wide quality standards, thereby contributing to superior client ROI.

· Training: Continuously update knowledge and skills related to both manual and robotic assembly techniques and company policies.

· Other Duties: Perform miscellaneous tasks and projects as necessary, fulfilling organizational needs and expectations.

Requirements:

Required Skills / Abilities / Competencies

· Robotics Proficiency: Knowledge and experience in operating robotic assembly systems.

· Measuring Proficiency: Must be proficient in reading a tape measure to ensure accurate assembly.

· Tool Operation: Proven experience with handheld power tools, such as drills and impact drivers.

· Time Management: Capable of meeting both assembly and packaging schedules consistently.

· Self-Coordination: Ability to self-manage and align tasks to achieve production goals.

Education and Experience

· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Experience: At least one year of experience in a manufacturing setting with robotic assembly.

· Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Mental/Physical Requirements

· Heavy Lifting: May occasionally require heavy lifting and extensive manual assembly.

Advanced Machinery Usage: Should be skilled in safely operating advanced machinery, including robotic systems.
