Position: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Audience Builder & CDP)

Job Description:
Role Overview:
  • We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and scale a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Audience Builder solution.
  • Enabling real-time segmentation
  • Preview, and activation of customer audiences with AI-assisted capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop React-based audience builder UI for segmentation, preview, and activation workflows
  • Build scalable APIs and middleware to orchestrate audience creation, validation, preview, and activation
  • Enable audience preview capabilities with fast, accurate insights before activation Integrate with data platforms: Databricks / Delta Lake (data processing) ClickHouse (high-performance analytical querying) Redis (low-latency caching) Kafka / Azure Event Hubs (real-time streaming)
  • Support audience activation into downstream systems (campaigns, engagement platforms)
  • Build AI-assisted segmentation and customer preview experiences
  • Ensure scalable, low-latency, and reliable system performance
  • Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes / AKS with CI/CD best practices
Required Skills Frontend:
  • React, TypeScript, Next.js (data-driven UI development) Backend: Python or Node.js, REST API development, middleware design
  • Data: Strong SQL, experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and ClickHouse Streaming & Caching: Kafka / Event Hubs, Redis Cloud & DevOps: Kubernetes (AKS), microservices architecture
