Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Fabrication Welder for a growing manufacturing company in Virginia Beach. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work and enjoys fabricating custom products rather than repetitive production welding.

Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding on steel components
- Fabricate and assemble custom metal products
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Cut, grind, shape, and finish metal components
- Inspect completed welds for strength, quality, and appearance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Previous MIG welding experience required
