Venues Experience SpecialistSalary: $15.00 per hourMULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Nature of Work:

A Venues Experience Specialist (VES)is a key member of the Guest Experience Division at Orlando Venues, supporting KIA Center, Camping World Stadium, and Mennello Museum. This role ensures a legendary experience for both guests and employees by facilitating venue entry, providing information, and delivering exceptional service. VES team members assist with ticket scanning, troubleshooting, seating management, and accessibility needs while addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and courtesy. They also contribute to the employee experience by supporting communicationand trainingand fostering a positive team culture. With a safety-first mindset, VES team members monitor and report safety concerns, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the physical ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors. Venues Experience Specialists play a vital role in maintaining Orlando Venues' reputation for excellence in service, safety, and operational success.

Work Schedule:

We offer a flexible part-time schedule. As an event-driven operation, shifts are typically available in the afternoons and evenings, based on your availability. Most shifts are on nights and weekends. There is no fixed number of hours each week. You may be required to work on holidays, depending on the event schedule. Additionally, a small number of days each year may require mandatory attendance to meet peak staffing needs.

Minimum Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with six (6) months of work experience preferredor a combination of education, training, and experience. Candidates must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Guest interaction training will be provided. Applicants must successfully pass a criminal background check. A Florida driver's license is preferred, and CPR certification, along with a first aid card,is desirable. Additionally, the ability to speak a language other than English is a plus.


MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER

THIS IS A PART_TIME_POSITION WITH NO GUARANTEE OF A CERTAIN NUMBER OF HOURS AND NO BENEFITS. THIS POSITION INVOLVES WORKING ON A TEMP/SEASONAL CONTRACT WHICH CAN BE RENEWED ANNUALLY BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEED.
