✅ 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience

- Customer billing and invoicing

- Account reconciliations
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables

What You'll Do
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll help ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes by:
- Auditing invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Researching and resolving client billing inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Processing credit card payments and customer credits
- Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
- Managing collections activities and maintaining customer account balances
- Generating accurate client statements and account reports
- Processing invoice billing with a high degree of accuracy
- Applying payments and performing cash application activities
- Monitoring aging accounts and reducing outstanding receivables
- Conducting account audits and data reviews to maintain data integrity
- Managing a high volume of collection correspondence and follow-up activities
- Collaborating with accounting team members and cross-functional partners
- Meeting deadlines while balancing multiple priorities
- Providing additional support to the accounting team as needed

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
