1st Shift: $16.50/hr | 2nd Shift: $17.00/hr
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Blue Springs, MS. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the possibility of full-time hire after 90 days of strong performance and good attendance. Mandatory overtime may be required based on production needs.
What You'll Do
  • Safely operate powered industrial trucks (sit-down forklift)
  • Load and unload materials from trucks, storage areas, and docks
  • Move materials to and from production areas, machines, and storage locations
  • Perform warehouse tasks and assist team members as needed
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of forklift operating experience required
  • Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift, plus mandatory overtime when needed
  • Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
  • Must be dependable and safety-focused
