We are currently in search of an experienced Material Handler to assist with the storage, control and distribution of materials according to company needs. The primary objective of the Material Handler is to implement efficient receiving, warehouse, material handling, inventory, and shipping solutions to support the overall manufacturing operation while optimizing space and improving labor productivity.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail, be able to multitask, have strong knowledge, skills, and get along well with others. The Material Handler is to be responsible for ensuring adequate levels of material and evaluating inventory needs. This position also conducts daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems and develop and implement inventory control procedures.
This position is a temp-to-hire using a third-party agency. Employees are evaluated after 90 days and offered a position with the company if they are meeting expectations.
