Food Production Worker Position, Start immediately  | $20.50 to 20.50/hour Weekly Pay!

 

Description:

  • Packaging Operations — Palletizing, packing finished goods, verifying counts, and ensuring accurate labelling.
  • Machine Operation — Performing machine setups, changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to keep production flowing.
  • Utility Support — Bringing materials to the line, monitoring metal detectors, documenting production data, and supporting line leads.
  • Quality & Safety — Verifying product weights, counts, and quality; maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
  • Documentation — Recording job times, waste, serial numbers, pallet counts, and ERP entries (PLEX).
  • Team Coordination — Assisting with break schedules, communicating production needs, and supporting operators.

Pay & Shift:

  • 1st shift 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
  • Pay - $20.50 to 20.50/hour.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
