Join Gallagher and make a real difference in employees' lives. As a Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll help members understand their benefit options, answer questions, and confidently choose the coverage that best meets their needs. No sales, no cold calling—just meaningful customer support.
Position Details
  • This is a temporary position starting on 9/8/2026 and will go through November.  There may be an opportunity to be converted into perm employee upon successful completion of the project.
  • Competitive Pay: $18/hr (unlicensed) or $21/hr (Life & Health licensed)
  • Location: Onsite at our Las Vegas office (777 N. Rainbow Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89107).  This is a fully onsite role.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
    • Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • After Training: 8-hour shifts between 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Serve as a trusted resource for members navigating their benefit options
  • Resolve eligibility, enrollment, and claims-related questions with professionalism and care
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with every caller
  • Partner with insurance carriers, providers, and internal teams to quickly resolve member concerns
  • Guide employees toward informed benefits decisions that support their needs

About You

Required:

  • High school diploma
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Strong typing and basic computer skills

Preferred:

  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Life & Health License
  • Benefits experience
  • Call center experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
