Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of operational experience in physical production operations.
  • 5 years of experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in building, inspiring, and leading distributed, high-performing teams.
  • Track record of successfully developing and managing ambitious and operationally complicated projects.
  • Track record of operational excellence, and an ability to drive operational improvements.
  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally, while building stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to motivate both direct reports and cross-functional partners towards a common goal through organizational, communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel 5-10% of the time to meet with team and internal/external partners as needed.

Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration and more).Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $164000 - $240000 (USD) 20% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Hire, lead and manage the North American Digitization Operations team. Provide coaching and career development for individuals on the team.
  • Set the goals and direction for the team by outlining goals and objectives for multiple operations staffed via third-party temps/vendors.
  • Drive results by tracking key operational metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities and delivering on strategic initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to develop and scale operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership in key project governance tasks, including: requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of teams and approval processes.
