  • Complete training and maintain fidelity - Attend SafeCare Colorado Home Visitor Training, meet certification requirements, and participate in ongoing coaching and supervision.
  • Manage caseload and documentation - Maintain a caseload of approximately 12 to 18 families (full-time) and upload required audio recordings, documents, and program data daily.
  • Build referral relationships and conduct outreach - Connect with community agencies, give presentations, attend events, distribute materials provided by ACECC and the Office of Early Childhood (OEC), and track outreach efforts to strengthen referrals.

The role requires strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; solid computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and the ability to learn program-specific systems.
  • Successful candidates will be organized, dependable, and able to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and travel to in-home visits and off-site meetings. The position requires openness to supervision, feedback, and coaching, with the ability to follow program protocols consistently. Some evening and weekend availability may be required.
