We are seeking a skilled Extruder Machine Operator to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong mechanical aptitude, and has a solid understanding of plastics extrusion processes. This role requires a commitment to quality control, continuous improvement, and teamwork. The Extruder Machine Operator is expected to operate and maintain extrusion machinery, ensuring efficient production while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor extrusion machines, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery, utilizing hand tools and calipers.
  • Conduct quality control checks, including measurements and visual inspections, to identify and address defects.
  • Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain product specifications, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
  • Package and label finished products accurately, adhering to established procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, practicing proper housekeeping.
