Temp delivery drivers are individuals hired on a temporary basis to deliver goods, packages, or food for companies or organizations. They often fill in during busy periods, staff shortages, or seasonal peaks, and may work for courier services, retail businesses, or restaurants. The role typically involves driving a vehicle, following assigned routes, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of items to customers. Temp delivery drivers may work part-time or full-time and must usually have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Some positions may also require lifting and handling of packages or products.
