Job description

Placement Type:
Temporary
Salary:
$30-35 Hourly
up to $35.00
Start Date:
Jul 9, 2026
You'll join a cross-functional sourcing team supporting a strategic materials transformation initiative. Your focus will be reducing material complexity to drive innovation and profitability. You'll own data analytics, strategy execution, and stakeholder partnerships. Think of this as a seat at the table where your insights directly impact enterprise decisions around capability, sustainability, and cost.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Support data analytics and strategy development for a materials transformation project
  • Comb through large datasets, extract insights, and present findings clearly to stakeholders across sourcing, product development, and partner management
  • Build data visualizations and reports that highlight trends, opportunities, and financial implications
  • Work with vendor data to optimize alignment and capabilities
  • Support cross-functional teams on data reporting and enterprise initiatives
  • Help your 10-person team hit seasonal goals while building toward longer-term priorities

WHO YOU ARE
  • 2+ years of data analytics experience (business-focused, not engineering-heavy)
  • Strong with Excel and Tableau. You can make data actually readable
  • Solid SQL skills; Snowflake, Python, R, or Alteryx experience is a bonus
  • Problem solver who digs into messy data and doesn't need hand-holding
  • Team player who communicates well across functions and geographies
  • Self-starter who can handle ambiguity and think on their feet
  • Retail, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain background is ideal
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, analytics, business, or related field preferred but not required
  • Python or SQL certification nice to have, not required

THE TEAM
You'll report to a Sourcing Lead on the footwear sourcing team. Close collaboration with about 10 teammates across materials sourcing, analytics, product development, and partner management.
