Working under the supervision of the Housekeeping Leadership Team, the Housekeeper’s mission is to provide a clean and healthy living and work environment.
Job responsibilities include:

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment
• Perform duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition.
• Monitor and report safety hazards, inoperable equipment, and changes of resident conditions.
• Maintain a positive person-centered customer service approach to each individual serviced.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent working knowledge of proper cleaning methods
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in varied settings, with a variety of people, temperatures, and climates.
