LGS Technologies, a trusted name in custom manufacturing for over seven decades, is looking for a motivated CAD/CAM Drafter & CNC Programmer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in AutoCAD and a basic understanding of CNC programming who’s ready to learn, grow, and build real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.

About Us
LGS Technologies specializes in die-cutting, water jet cutting, laser cutting, and CNC machining to create high-quality custom components. As a family-owned company, we’re proud to invest in our employees’ success through hands-on training and long-term opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
 • Assist with programming CNC equipment using G-Code
 • Use CAD software to prepare technical drawings and part layouts
 • Convert AutoCAD files into CAM-ready formats
 • Collaborate with machinists and engineers to refine programs for production efficiency
 • Support setup observation and help troubleshoot new programs

What You’ll Need:
 • 6+ months of relevant experience OR technical school training
 • High school diploma or GED
 • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and CAM software
 • Basic understanding of CNC machines and machining processes
 • Good math skills (algebra, geometry, measurements)
 • Team player with solid communication skills

Schedule & Benefits:
