SMS Staffing is hiring Repack Temp in Lincolnshire, IL!

Job Title: Repack Temp
Location: Lincolnshire, IL
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Employment Type: Temp
Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary
The Repack Temp is responsible for picking, packing, and processing products accurately while maintaining warehouse safety, organization, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack orders, ensuring accuracy.

  • Report defective materials to supervisor.

  • Sort, move, and stage products for shipping.

  • Ensure packaging prevents damage.

  • Process shipments and maintain accurate records.

  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.

  • Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1–2 years warehouse experience required; 3–5 preferred.

  • Basic computer and math skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Good communication skills in English.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift/move up to 50 lbs; frequent walking, bending, and standing.

  • Ability to climb step ladders and use hands for repetitive tasks.
