A key challenge is quickly learning the specific requirements and expectations of each assignment, including handling different cleaning products and equipment. Time management is essential, as shifts may be short and tasks need to be completed efficiently. Being proactive in communicating with supervisors and team members helps ensure a smooth workflow and successful completion of tasks.
