If you have hands-on technical or electrical assembly experience and previous leadership experience, this Assembly Lead opportunity could be a great fit. You'll lead a team, help keep production on schedule, support quality, and work with the team to improve processes.

Assembly Lead Job Duties:
  • Assemble manufacturing orders according to schedule and quality standards, using assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Lead and support a team of up to four employees while keeping production on schedule.
  • Train, coach, and hold team members accountable for performance and safety.
  • Help troubleshoot production issues, track key performance indicators, and support continuous improvement using Lean and 5S practices.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are working properly, perform basic maintenance, and collaborate with coworkers and cross-functional teams.
Schedule:  Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
Assembly Lead Requirements:
  • 2+ years of assembly experience with previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as kneeling and crouching.
Pay: $25 per/hr
