What We Offer

  • Weekly pay of $18.00-$24.00 depending on experience

  • Overtime available

Rigging Tasks & Duties

  • Maintain, troubleshoot and repair boats

  • Disassemble boat parts, identify faulty/worn parts, replace, reassemble, and test

  • Clean and prepare new and used boats for customers

Rigging Shift Info

  • Day Shift, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

  • Monday - Friday

  • Some weekends may be required

Rigging Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

  • Rigging experience preferred

  • GED / High School Diploma

  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Able to work in the US

  • Able to stand on concrete and/or platforms for up to a 12 hour shift

  • Basic mechanical experience

  • Have great attention to detail

  • Detailing experience preferred

  • Be a positive contributing member of a team
