We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work directly with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in providing support to enhance the quality of life for our clients and their families.
Duties:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Collect and record data on client behavior to monitor progress and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Assist clients in developing essential life skills through structured activities.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide support and guidance on behavior management strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in special education and patient care.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients during sessions.

Skills:
