Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
Guaranteed hours per week: 40
Weekend requirements: 2-3 weekend shifts per month
Territory: Capistrano Beach Rancho Mission Viejo Ladera Ranch San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano. 
Productivity: 30 points per week
EMR: HCHB (must have HCHB experience)
Must have minimum 1 year of home health with a Medicare certified facility
