Member Service Representative/Teller

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative/Teller. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with their financial needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs
  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of credit union products and services
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls
  • Perform other duties as assigned
