our customers' day right, turning routine visits into moments that matter. If you love connecting
with people and take pride in getting every detail exactly right, we'd love to have you on our

Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide professional, prompt, and courteous customer service.
• Accurately and efficiently process teller transactions, ensuring compliance with
bank policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to refer bank products through needs-based conversations.
• Resolves customer inquiries using problem solving skills while adhering to bank procedures.
Desired Qualifications
• Previous teller or cash-handling experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable assisting customers while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Experience and enthusiasm for customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and listening proficiency
