We are currently hiring a Full-time Court Support Representative to join our team! In this role, you would perform all on-site court support functions in a friendly and professional manner.

Location: Vista, CA Courthouse- On-Site 325 Melrose Dr., Ste #350 Vista, CA 92083

Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00 pm, No Weekends!

Pay: The pay rate for this position is $16.85/hour.

Full-Time employees are eligible for Health benefits on the first of the month following hire date, or coincident to hire date if hired on the first of the month.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist consumers at the front counter in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Determine what action is to be taken to bring delinquent accounts to conclusion.
  • Interface and assist in the day-to-day requests, questions or problems over the phone or in person, from clients and staff.
  • Assist in the processing and balancing of all funds received in the Court. Interface balancing process as established with the San Diego, CA office
  • Responsible for the handling and safekeeping of the money they are receiving at the court locations and that the safe must be kept locked at all times.
  • Document and complete all correspondence and adjustments in a timely manner.
  • Work support desks, skip tracing desks or collection desks as assigned.
  • Immediately contact management or the human resources department if there are any non- compliance issues, questionable activities or inappropriate actions taken by any staff.
  • Complete manual data entry

Qualifications:

  • High School Education or equivalent
  • Must pass court based background check
  • Able to interact in a pleasant, effective, creative and professional manner and to be a team player.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance.
