Position Summary:

As a telehealth pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child's needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Job Description:

Teletherapy Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

(Gainesville, Virginia Only)

We areseekinga warm, patient, and tech-savvy Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our team in providing exceptional care through teletherapy. You will work with children from birth to age twenty-one,delivering individualized treatment plans that empower clients and their families. Parents and caregivers are encouraged toparticipatein sessions to reinforce skills and home exercises.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy services via teletherapy platforms (Microsoft Teams).
  • Deliver individualized one-to-one attention and customizedcare plans.
  • Guide clients and families through technical challenges and encourage caregiver involvement.
  • Collaborate with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain a patient-first mentality with reasonable caseloads and a focus on outcomes.
  • Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, with availability between3:00-8:00pm local time, EST.

Qualifications

  • Master's, doctoral, or other recognized post-baccalaureatedegreein Speech Language Pathology from anASHA accreditedinstitution.
  • CCC-SLP certification (The Gainesville, Virginia Telehealth SLP role cannot supportC-SLPAs or CFYsat this time).
  • Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in at least one state; multi-state licensure preferred.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Preferred Experience

  • Licensed or willing to obtain licenses inVA.
  • Background in outpatient pediatric therapy and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
