Telecommuting refers to working remotely, typically from home or another location outside of the traditional office, by using telecommunications technology such as the internet, email, and phone. What are some common challenges faced by telecommute employees and how can they be addressed?

Telecommute employees often face challenges such as maintaining clear communication with teammates, avoiding feelings of isolation, and managing work-life balance when working from home. To address these issues, many organizations implement regular virtual check-ins, encourage video meetings, and provide collaboration tools to ensure everyone stays connected.
