  • Develop and maintain software requirements documentation, business use cases, functional specifications, process workflows, system design documents, architecture diagrams, database schemas, and data dictionaries.
  • Produce and maintain user guides, system administration manuals, training materials, release notes, installation guides, and operational documentation.
  • Document ETL processes, including data source descriptions, transformation logic, report generation procedures, and data flow documentation.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides, maintenance procedures, and system monitoring documentation.
  • Establish and maintain version-controlled documentation repositories using Government-approved version control systems to ensure document integrity and traceability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides to promote consistency across program deliverables.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather information, translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation, and ensure documentation remains synchronized with system changes.
  • Support Government risk management activities by documenting risks, mitigation strategies, action items, and program decisions within approved project management tools.
  • Leverage Government-approved generative AI and digital authoring tools to improve documentation quality, consistency, efficiency, and standardization while ensuring compliance with program requirements.
