• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Employ therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to help clients navigate their recovery.
• Develop, document, and implement individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and targeted therapeutic interventions.
• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create unified, client-centered treatment strategies.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment procedures, ensuring client safety and support during acute episodes.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enhance communal healing.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Change Makers LLC, you will engage with a diverse client population, primarily consisting of individuals in recovery from substance use disorders and their co-occurring mental health conditions. This multifaceted client group requires a therapist who is culturally competent and adaptable to varying backgrounds, ensuring that each individual receives tailored treatment that respects their unique experiences and challenges.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• At least two years of practical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Proven knowledge of and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment abilities to effectively connect with clients and support their therapeutic needs.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with expertise in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and substance use disorders will be given preference. Previous experience working in remote mental health therapy is also highly valued.
