Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Python/Django & Angular Developer with strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, Django, Angular, SQL, REST APIs, Linux, Docker, and backend application architecture. This role requires someone who can work across the full technology stack while being comfortable with backend-focused development, data processing, application infrastructure, and deployment.

Candidates should be prepared for a technically rigorous interview covering Python fundamentals, SQL and window functions, Linux commands, Django, middleware, Docker, REST APIs, deployment, and backend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python/Django and Angular.
  • Develop scalable backend services, APIs, business logic, and data-processing components using Python.
  • Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services.
  • Design, write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries.
  • Work with relational databases and perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
  • Apply advanced SQL concepts including joins, subqueries, aggregations, CTEs, and window functions.
  • Develop and maintain Django applications, middleware, serializers, authentication, and API components.
  • Troubleshoot application, database, and infrastructure issues.
  • Work with Linux/Unix environments and perform command-line troubleshooting.
  • Build, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker.
  • Support application deployment, configuration, and production troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Analyze technical issues and develop reliable, scalable solutions.
  • Support backend and data-engineering-related requirements while contributing to frontend development.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Python development experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Django or Python-based web framework experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Angular, HTML, and CSS experience.
  • Strong understanding of Python fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and application architecture.
  • Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, CTEs, subqueries, and window functions.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
  • Strong Django experience including middleware, serializers, authentication, and application configuration.
  • Experience working with Linux/Unix command-line environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications.
  • Experience with application deployment and backend infrastructure.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data engineering or data-intensive applications.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle databases.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Kubernetes experience is a plus.
  • React experience is a plus.
  • Experience with dynamic forms or manifest-driven UI applications is a plus.
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale environments is preferred.

Candidate Expectations

This position requires candidates who are comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies, with particular strength in Python/Django and SQL.
