We are seeking an experienced Python Full Stack Lead to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications for our complaints handling platform. This role involves end-to-end architecture ownership, from front-end interfaces to back-end services, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and data security.

  • Lead and Design:
  • Define system architecture for complaints handling workflows, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
  • Design microservices and APIs for complaint intake, tracking, and resolution.
  • Development:
  • Build and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) for backend and React/Angular for frontend.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization (e.g., Okta, OAuth2).
  • Collaboration:
