Job Overview:

Pay Range $60.68hr - $65.68hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of programming/systems analysis experience.
  • Experience with Connect, uFACTS, or similar Unemployment Compensation (UC) system.
  • Knowledge of Operating systems (Microsoft or Linux).
  • Relational database experience with Oracle or SQL Server.
  • Understanding of N-Tier Architecture.
  • Experience with large infrastructure systems.
  • Understanding of Agile Development Methodology.
  • Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or later.
  • Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of Release Management.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven tools and automation platforms.
  • SAP Crystal Reports.
  • Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
  • Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (web services).
  • IBM FileNet 5.2 or later.
  • Experience with Azure repos (GIT, TFSVC).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipeline.
  • Understanding and experience with building and deploying enterprise applications.
  • Experience with Windows scripting programming languages (Powershell, Batch, Azure CLI).
  • A minimum of five (5) years of IT experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) in multi-platform environments.
  • At least 2 completed full-lifecycle deployments utilizing SailPoint and/or BeyondTrust.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a SailPoint or BeyondTrust Administrator/Engineer preferred but not required.
  • Highly skilled in configuring SailPoint rules, workflows, policies, and BeyondTrust policy editors.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience working under the general direction for midlevel to senior-level management.
  • Deep understanding of identity lifecycles, joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processes, and access certifications.
  • Ability to translate complex business compliance rules into technical IAM logic.
  • Mastery of vaulting mechanics, session recording, just-in-time (JIT) access, and least privilege enforcement.
  • Strong grasp of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, and HR data sources.
  • Solid knowledge of NIST, CIS Controls, and Zero Trust Architecture principles.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience with managing and completing complex projects relevant to both IT and business needs.
  • Prior consulting background or experience working directly with external IT auditors.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and implementing identity governance workflows, lifecycle events, and access certification campaigns.
  • Assembling integration plans and target system connection mappings, including Risk Identification and Management.
  • Directing and monitoring identity provisioning and vaulting workflows daily, including Logistics Management.
  • Mapping business processes to technical identity lifecycles and role-based access controls (RBAC).
  • Building custom connectors, rules, and API integrations using Java or PowerShell.
  • Configuring SailPoint certification campaigns, dynamic lifecycle events, and provisioning workflows.
  • Deploying BeyondTrust Password Safe, Privileged Remote Access, and Endpoint Privilege Management.
  • Maintaining system uptime, patch schedules, and performance tuning for both platforms.
  • Automating user access reviews and privileged account Client sessions.
  • Leading remediation efforts for orphaned accounts and over-privileged credentials.
  • Escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.
  • Coordinating status reports and stability of work efforts.
  • Analyzing, developing, modifying, installing, testing, and ensuring maintenance of operating systems software.
  • Evaluating vendor supplied software packages and making recommendations to IT management.
  • Managing Oracle and Microsoft Structured Query Language (MS SQL) server environments.
  • Providing systems administration of the Azure environment, including platform, servers, applications, and services.
  • Providing systems administration of Microsoft servers.
  • Analyzing system logs, identifying potential issues with production applications and handling war room situations.
  • Performing IBM FileNet performance tuning and working with IBM customer support to troubleshoot production issues.
  • Providing systems administration of content management systems.
  • Creating workflows using Oracle in Azure.
  • Administering FileNet P8, Content Management, and PE.
  • Managing OpenText RightFax environment for receiving faxes.
  • Managing a Quality Assurance (QAS) environment for address validation and troubleshooting production issues.
  • Supporting Central document intake users by troubleshooting intake software issues.
  • Monitoring application interfaces and troubleshooting Globalscape issues.
  • Providing support to Unified Control (UC)4 users and troubleshooting batch failure issues.
  • Monitoring Blazon servers and working with support to resolve production issues.
  • Managing session ScaleOut server cluster software.
  • Managing SAP Suite like Business Web Intelligence environment, Business Objects Data Services Professional and System Analysis Program (SAP) Business Objects Enterprise Premium.
  • Monitoring Antivirus infrastructure and scheduling periodic server security software updates.
  • Setting up virtual servers, pools, nodes and troubleshooting production issues.
  • Applying system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Working in a team environment.
  • Managing multiple tasks and small projects as well as service requests and incident resolution.
  • Planning and managing the Server and Storage Virtualization, setting up Common Internet File System (CIFS) servers, creating storage pools and Fibre Channel (FC) switch zoning.
  • Automating operational processes as needed, with accuracy and in compliance with security requirements.
  • Providing support for deployment and post go-live.
  • Installing and preparing technical documentation for system software applications.
  • Updating, developing and executing disaster recovery procedures.
  • Providing 24/7 on-call support including weekend on-call support.
  • Using AI-assisted scripting and tools to automate routine administrative tasks, optimize workflows, and reduce manual intervention across server, network, and cloud environments.
