Job Duties: Involve in collecting, analyzing, and validating employee compensation,
benefits, and workforce data to produce standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
The role supports HR and finance teams by ensuring accurate and timely data
reporting, documenting report specifications, and maintaining business intelligence tools
and Excel-based models. Responsibilities include analyzing compensation trends, labor
costs, and workforce metrics using business intelligence tools to support operational
reporting and workforce planning.

Requirements: Master or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer
Applications, Cis, Engineering, It, Business Administration, Science, Health Informatics
or related field with 6 months of experience.

Hours: 40/week, Mon. to Fri., 9:00AM to 5:00PM
