Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve agency growth targets.

Cultivate new business leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

Conduct thorough needs analyses with prospective and existing clients to understand their risks.

Present and sell insurance policies that best meet client needs, explaining coverage details clearly.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction.

Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth policy onboarding and ongoing client support.

Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and relevant regulations.


Requirements

Nebraska Property & Casualty License (Must possess or be able to obtain within 90 days of hire).

Proven sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

A strong drive to build and maintain client relationships.

Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.

A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions.
