Job description

Responsibilities * In this role, you will coordinate Earned Value Management analyses; develop processes and standards for collecting, tracking, analyzing, and disseminating cost and schedule data; prepare formal reports and briefs, and ensure adequate processes are in place to assess contractor's EVM systems compliance so data is accurate, reliable, and timely. * You will also prepare written, uniform surveillance plans to assess continuity and consistency of EVM data; develop, implement, and utilize assessment techniques to ensure EVM-related services and work products are of good quality, timely, and responsive to program needs. As the Earned Value Management Analyst, you will also advise members of IPTs on cost, schedule, and performance trends; conduct EVM training and brief EV analysis as required; report any significant EVM issues and recommend appropriate actions to resolve the issue; coordinate and participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs). Skills Required * Minimum of five (5) years experience with duties/assignments specifically in support of defense programs * Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint) * Experience in Winsight, Cobra or other Deltek software or other EVM and data analysis tools * Ability to work in fast-paced environment * May require regular travel to out of state customer sites * U.S. Citizenship required * An active secret-level security clearance is required * Open until filled Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
