Prestine Life Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a dedicated Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. • Conduct secure and confidential therapy sessions using telehealth platforms to deliver effective care to individuals, couples, and families.
• Perform in-depth assessments to understand clients' relational issues, emotional challenges, and situational factors that may affect their mental health, creating tailored treatment plans to address these needs.
• Apply family systems therapy techniques and systemic interventions, focusing on enhancing communication and resolving conflicts within intimate relationships.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support as needed, ensuring client safety and well-being during sessions.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of client information.
• Educate clients on effective communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and coping mechanisms to foster healthier relationships.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care and make necessary referrals when appropriate.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest in marriage and family therapy practices through continuous professional development, incorporating new knowledge into therapeutic interventions.

You will work with a broad and diverse client population, including individuals and families facing relational difficulties, emotional distress, and mental health issues. Our client base ranges from providing supportive counseling for couples navigating marital challenges to facilitating family therapy for those dealing with stressors related to parenting, separation, or major life transitions. Your role is crucial in creating safe spaces for clients to articulate their feelings, gain insight into their patterns, and develop sustainable solutions.

• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon, or the state in which you practice.
• A master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in family therapy practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with virtual communication methods to build rapport with clients remotely.
• A commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in all therapeutic interactions.
• Proficient in using telehealth technology and electronic health records systems.

• Prior experience providing remote therapy services is an advantage, especially in utilizing digital tools for effective client engagement.
• Experience with diverse client populations and intersectional issues related to mental health, family dynamics, and relationship counseling.
• A background in crisis intervention techniques and familiarity with community resources in Oregon will be beneficial.

We offer an attractive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
