About the Role
We are looking for an IT & Office Support Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. This opportunity is designed for a 4th or 5th year university student in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field who wants to gain practical experience in a professional office environment.
This role combines light technical support and office logistics responsibilities, while also providing secondary assistance in general office administration. The person in this position will help ensure that office technology, connectivity, meeting room setups, day-to-day operational needs, and selected administrative office tasks are properly organized and running smoothly.
What You'll Do
  • Provide basic onsite technical support for office equipment and day-to-day technology needs.
  • Assist with internet, Wi-Fi, network, and connectivity setup for meetings, executive sessions, and internal events.
  • Help prepare, organize, label, and maintain cables, adapters, devices, and related technical materials.
  • Support meeting room readiness by checking screens, connections, power access, and internet availability before important meetings.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, connectivity, and office technology issues when needed.
  • Assist with office logistics and operational tasks that help maintain a smooth and efficient workplace.
  • Support basic office administration tasks such as monitoring office supplies, helping keep common areas organized, and assisting with internal office coordination.
  • Assist the Executive Assistant with selected administrative and onsite support tasks when required.
  • Help coordinate office visits, guest readiness, and small internal events, ensuring spaces, materials, and connectivity are prepared in advance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure technical and operational requirements are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Help keep visibility and order over office support items, technical supplies, and small equipment inventory.

What We're Looking For
  • Advanced level Spanish or Portuguese ( this is a must)
  • Currently pursuing a university degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field.
  • Must be a 4th or 5th year student.
  • Availability to work part-time onsite, Miami Office.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and office technology.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, internet connectivity, routers, access points, and cable management.
  • Proactive mindset, willingness to help, and ability to handle varied responsibilities.
  • Good communication skills and service-oriented attitude.

Nice to Have
  • Previous internship or hands-on experience in technical support, office IT, or networking.
  • Familiarity with meeting room setup, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, or structured cabling.
  • Basic Spanish communication skills.
