GridSource is seeking a Structured Cabling Technician in Provo, UT to join our team!

We have a full-time need for a Structured Cabling Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting services in Multiple Dwelling Units (MDUs) and Single-Family Units (SFUs). Your expertise will ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction, contributing to our mission of providing reliable telecommunications solutions.
What You'll Do
  • Install, test, and configure telecommunication equipment and services in MDUs and SFUs.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot service issues as they arise.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Educate customers on service features, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to internet, phone, and cable services.
  • Work with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
  • Update network documentation and diagrams as necessary.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while performing installations and repairs.
