Job description

The Tower Technician plays a critical role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment on various types of towers, primarily cellular, utility, and communication towers. Working within small teams of 1-3 technicians, this position requires frequent and occasional travel between sites to ensure the reliability and safety of telecommunications infrastructure. Emphasis is placed on the safe use of specialized climbing and safety gear, as well as RF testing and maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

  • Climb towers and perform installation and maintenance tasks on telecommunications equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain optimal operation
