Job description

The Telecommunication Sales Associate plays a crucial role in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships within the telecommunications sector. This role focuses on engaging potential clients, demonstrating product features, and ensuring outstanding customer service to support business growth and client retention.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential customers to expand the client base
  • Conduct product demonstrations highlighting key features and benefits
  • Negotiate sales agreements to meet targets and customer satisfaction
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manage customer accounts to maintain ongoing business relationships
  • Provide responsive customer support to resolve inquiries and issues
  • Generate and qualify leads to build sales pipeline
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in telecommunication sales
  • Can work Full-time
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service
  • Can Start by October 5th
