// Your Day to Day Role
  • Prepare large project meetings, status meetings, decks, installation instructions, distribution lists, client updates, etc.
  • Help schedule and route installations with installation team and coordinate with the AM as necessary. Travel may be necessary
  • Coordinate dispatch instructions, and manage timelines for all projects. Process surveys, installs, supporting docs and photos to verify job completion
  • Cover for other PMs when Lead deems it both necessary and appropriate
  • Prepare communication as needed - including spreadsheets, status meetings, decks, installation instructions, distribution lists, client updates, etc.
  • Schedule installations and coordinate with the AM/client as necessary
  • Assist the AM with writing orders when necessary while accurately maintaining due dates and statuses. Process orders to verify completion
  • Be a team player and assist the Fry's Client Services team when a fellow team member is out of office or at capacity.
  • Proactively work towards maximizing workload when not already at capacity to help maintain team's mutual dedication to overall project success
