Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Test Lead with Telecom Experience for a full-time position in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves working with various business functions to understand IT business issues, gathering requirements, managing quality standards, and coordinating product testing processes.
Responsibilities:
• Work with all levels of business functions within the company to understand problems with the IT business issues and propose resolutions.
• Gather business and technical requirements from users.
• Map requirements to the systems, including gap analysis and recommend suitable improvements.
• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
• Coordinates product testing processes.
• Participate in Technical Grooming and Work with Solution Designer, Business Analyst & Dev Manager to understand the API requirements of Epics & UserStories.
• Participates in product testing.
• Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
• Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Create a BDD test features & scenarios using Behave BDD framework to validate the Business flow and API responses for the assigned User stories each sprint.
