Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Supply Chain Manager to lead and coordinate endtoend supply chain activities across our global chemical operations. This role is ideal for a strategic yet handson supply chain professional who can balance service, cost, inventory, and risk while operating in a regulated, safetycritical environment. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable supply to customers, supporting manufacturing continuity, and driving continuous improvement across planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

What will you be doing?
  • Lead and oversee supply chain activities including demand planning, material planning, procurement, production planning, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Ensure alignment between customer demand, manufacturing capacity, and supplier capabilities.
  • Own supply chain performance across service, cost, inventory, and working capital
  • Drive robust demand and supply planning processes, including forecasting, S&OP / IBP participation, and inventory optimization.
  • Manage short and longterm supply risks, proactively addressing constraints and disruptions.
  • Ensure effective execution of plans through close collaboration with operations and logistics teams.
  • Oversee supplier performance, availability, and risk management in partnership with procurement.
  • Ensure safe, compliant, and costeffective transportation and distribution of chemical products globally.
  • Support sourcing strategies, supplier qualification, and contingency planning.
  • Lead, coach, and develop supply chain teams across planning, buying, and logistics functions.
  • Set clear objectives, manage performance, and build strong operational capability.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, service level, and cost performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and trade requirements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging lean principles, digital tools, and analytics.
Who are You?
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in chemical manufacturing, semiconductor, or other regulated environments
  • Hands-on experience with JD Edwards (JDE), including supply chain and manufacturing modules, with the ability to support system optimization and issue resolution
  • Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and end-to-end logistics operations in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience with ERP implementations, system enhancements, or process improvements
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods (DG) shipping requirements; IATA or similar certifications preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies

The typical base salary range for this position is between $109,341.00 and $164,011.00
