Entry-Level Telecom Sales Representative


Representing AT&T — A Leader in Wireless, Internet & Entertainment Solutions


Are you passionate about helping customers and eager to launch a successful career in sales and marketing? Join our dynamic team at 3C Innovations as an Entry-Level Sales Account Manager! We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where hard work pays off.


What You’ll Do

  • Engage directly with customers to promote and sell AT&T’s wireless, internet, and entertainment products.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions to elevate their digital lifestyle.
  • Manage new customer accounts while delivering exceptional service and closing sales.
  • Stay informed on AT&T’s latest promotions, technology, and product updates.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Collaborate with a driven, high-energy team in a fun and supportive retail environment.


Who We’re Looking For

If you have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or call centers, you already have a great foundation for success! We’re seeking individuals who love connecting with people and are excited to build lasting relationships while advancing their careers in sales.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided!)

Position Details

  • Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Work Environment: 100% in-person. No remote work.
