In this role you will be responsible for completing audits in single or multiple locations. Tasks will often include completing audits, inspections on nodes, amplifiers, power supplies, fiber taps, and enclosures, as well as completing computer and Smartsheet work each day. You will be responsible for managing and tracking milestones and creating jobs in JT/Polaris, handling exceptions to the life cycle SLA, coordinating with teams and stake holders, and acting as a point of contact for cross functional groups including BOC, CPM, FPM, permit coordinators, specialists, and sales. You will also report to management regularly and manage materials and reconciliation, quality control workflow, job estimates, project funding, and QC checklists (materials, invoice, pictures, footages).This role is an autonomous role as the team you work with will be spread out over multiple locations both field and office. It is 80% field and 20% office.The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic and can complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.Skills & Responsibilities:*Experience with BOTH coax and fiber is a must for this position*Coax experience (Amplifies, Taps, main line cable)Fiber experienceMust be willing to travel as needed.​ (fleet/company vehicle will not be supplied)Project management skillsBasic computer skillsStrong cross-functional team coordination skills.Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Self-starter capable of working independently after proper training.Ability to learn and navigate proprietary software.Outside Plant Experience is beneficial but not required.Location: 06037Berlin, CTCMC25
