This position will build a rapport with the building administration and staff to ensure a positive working relationship and clear lines of communication between IT and the assigned location(s). The position also ensures user compliance with IT procedures and policies and configures and deploys devices and educational software for use by administrators, educators, and students within the district. Using a combination of standard procedures, best practices, and problem-solving techniques, technicians seek to provide accurate and meaningful solutions for district clients.
