What will you be doing?
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsprozesses
- Überwachung der laufenden Produktion in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktionsleiter
- Optimierung von Qualität, Produktivität und Prozesssicherheit
- Zuweisung von Produktionsaktivitäten
- Planung der Schichtbesetzung, Urlaubsplanung und Überstundenerfassung entsprechend den betrieblichen Anforderungen
- Einhaltung aller sicherheitsrelevanten Vorschriften
- Erfassung und Behebung von Störungen und Mängeln in den Produktionsanlagen und Räumlichkeiten
- Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung
- Überwachung des Qualitätsmanagements
- Einhaltung des auditierbaren Standards gemäß unseren aktuellen ISO-Normen und Kundenspezifikationen
- Dokumentation aller Abteilungsbeschwerden (extern und intern)
- Tägliche Bestandsaufnahme von Materialien und Verbrauchsmaterialien
Who are You?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Mikrotechniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den oben genannten Tätigkeiten in einem Industrieunternehmen
